Jung Joon Young and SNSD Yuri's brother Kwon have filed an appeal with the Supreme Court.
On May 13th, Jung Joon Young's lawyer filed a complaint with the Criminal Justice of the Seoul High Court rejecting their five year prison sentence from the previous day's ruling.
On the same day, the other gang rape assailant, A, known to be the brother of a well-known idol member submitted the same complaint rejecting his four year prison sentence.
The trial is expected to take place at the Supreme Court after Jung Joon Young's and A's appeals. Many are curious whether F.T Island's Choi Jonghun will also file an appeal against his two year prison sentence.
