Mamamoo's Solar has shown off the results of her extreme diet. 

On the 27th, Solar posted several photos on her Instagram along with caption, "It's been a while..."

In the publicly revealed photos, Solar is seen in bikini and jean fashion showing off her delicate body.

From her forearms, collarbones, abs, and especially her paper thin waist is also catching attention. 

Meanwhile, Solar went on an extreme diet even cutting off water for her solo photoshoot for Yang Chi-seung magazine. She gained attention after revealing she has 20kg of muscle and 16% body fat.
