An assistant PD in a currently airing drama tried to rape a woman and was caught by police.
According to an exclusive report by SBS on the 30th, the Seoul Central Police Station booked man A (46) for attempted quasi-rape of drunk woman at motel in Jung-gu, Seoul around 11pm on 28th.
A found the woman B (30s) drunk in the parking lot of a shopping mall, pushed her into his vehicle, drove to a nearby motel and attempted to r*pe her. Fortunately, an acquaintance reported to police that a "friend had disappeared" and while checking, police located the victim.
A is a freelance assistant director in a drama about police and crime that's currently on air on a certain broadcasting company.
A drama representative told Xports News, "We are checking the facts."
