Meanwhile, Seungri was sentenced to 3 years in prison and fined 1.15 billion won. He's currently imprisoned in the military police unit for convicts. Seungri was due to be discharged next month but due to the court's ruling, he will receive a dishonorable discharge.
If he decides to appeal, the discharge will be suspended and a second trial proceeding will begin in the military court.
