BAP's Himchan (33) is under investigation for "sexual assault" of another woman C.
On the 3rd, judge Kim Yu-mi of the Seoul Western District Court held first trial against Kim Himchan for indecent sexual assault of two women. Himchan is accused of touching the waist and chest of two women A and B while at a bar in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
The former idol appeared in court wearing a jade-colored suit and while standing his lawyer stated, "The accused (Himchan) admits to all facts brought forward by the prosecution."
It has also been confirmed that Himchan is under investigation for another sexual harassment charge. He's suspected of forcibly molesting another woman C in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul and is currently under investigation at the Seoul West Police Station. Police plan to forward Himchan to the prosecution for additional charges this week at the earliest.
Meanwhile victims A and B attorneys stated, "They both intend to reach to reach an agreement. We are currently negotiating the amount and method."
