Police officials from the Gyeonggi Northern District Police Agency have arrested ten junior high students who have violated the 'Child and Youth Sexual Protection Act'."
According to Dispatch, police arrested a 12 year old 'A' who managed a molka Discord account that he created last year when he was an elementary student. He managed the account with two other junior high students who were also booked without detention for selling and distributing molka. Six other students were also arrested for sharing pornographic material.
Among those arrested was a 16 year old 'Lee' nicknamed 'Pacific', who also been confirmed to be an operator of Cho's "Nth Room" and ran a separate Telegram chatroom called 'Pacific Expedition' with 8,000-16,000 users. Police also arrested an 18 yr old nicknamed 'Kubby' and 19 yr old nicknamed 'Captain Taebum'.
Because 'A' is aged between 10-14, police have no choice but to release him without punishment as he's protected under Korean law.
