Rumors of Blackpink Rosé's "drug use" is spreading through China.
On the 12th, Chinese media Sina Entertainment revealed suspicions that Rosé was using illegal drugs.
Recently, former creative director of a brand shared a photo enjoying a house party with Rosé and other acquaintances and suspicions of drug use poured out after a black and white ash tray was spotted on the table.
As a result, rumors and speculations quickly spread and eventually YG announced their official position.
On the 13th, YG Entertainment officials spoke to Xports News and stated, "The rumors circulating about Rosé in online communities and SNS are clearly false. We are taking legal action against acts that violate human rights of our artists and damage their reputation. We're currently monitoring those who create and spread rumors and we'll take strong legal action without any leniency or agreement in the future."
Blackpink are currently on their 'BORN PINK' world tour and are scheduled to appear as headliners at Coachella on the 15th and 22nd.
